Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Agent Growth System (“AGS”, “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including trial users, paid subscribers, and Academy participants.

2. Description of service

AGS is an AI-powered CRM and automation platform designed for real estate agents. The Service includes lead capture automation, WhatsApp messaging workflows, pipeline management, AI content generation, and the Agent Growth Academy. Feature availability varies by plan.

3. Account registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to use AGS.

4. Subscriptions and billing

AGS offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Billing begins at the end of the 14-day free trial unless you cancel before that date. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use AGS for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Send spam or unsolicited messages through the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to AGS systems or other user accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of AGS
• Resell or sublicense AGS without written permission
• Use AGS in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service

WhatsApp messaging features must comply with WhatsApp's Business Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your messaging use complies with applicable laws, including anti-spam regulations in your jurisdiction.

6. Data and privacy

Your use of AGS is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the data you input into AGS. By using the Service, you grant AGS a limited licence to process your data for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Intellectual property

AGS and all related technology, content, and materials are the intellectual property of Agent Growth System. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of any AGS intellectual property. Templates, automation frameworks, and course content provided through AGS are licensed for your personal business use only and may not be redistributed.

8. Limitation of liability

AGS is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results (including lead conversion or revenue outcomes) will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to subscribers by email with 14 days' notice. Continued use of AGS after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
