Refund Policy

14-Day Free Trial

All AGS subscription plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. If you choose not to continue, simply do not add payment details — your trial ends automatically with no charge.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

We do not offer refunds on monthly subscription charges that have already been processed. If you cancel during a billing period, you will not be charged for the next period.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for 12 months. You may request a refund within 30 days of your annual payment if you are not satisfied with the Service. Refund requests after 30 days will not be accepted for annual plans.

To request a refund on an annual plan within the 30-day window, email support@agentgrowthsystem.com with your account email and reason for the refund. We will process eligible refunds within 7 business days.

Academy Courses

Academy courses included with your subscription follow the same cancellation policy as your subscription. Standalone course purchases are refundable within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.

Concierge Setup

Concierge setup sessions are non-refundable once the session has been completed. If you need to reschedule, please give 24 hours' notice.

How to cancel

To cancel your subscription, go to your account settings and select “Cancel Subscription.” Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

If you have difficulty cancelling or have a billing question, contact us at support@agentgrowthsystem.com and we will respond within one business day.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to offer refunds outside this policy at our discretion in exceptional circumstances. If you have a situation not covered here, contact us and we will do our best to find a fair resolution.
