Language detection — Hindi or English

An automated message in the wrong language kills the conversation. Simple rule: if the name script is Devanagari, default Hindi. If Latin script with a clearly North Indian name (Sharma, Verma, Gupta), default to mixed Hindi-English. If South Indian or unclear, default English with a Hindi fallback if they reply in Hindi.

  • Verified business profile. Costs nothing. Takes 48 hours.
